Fran and I have commenced some voluntary work at the local Government School in Ooty. Ooty is a hill station in Southern India, about 7500 feet above sea level. Fran, my wife is an Australian and she loves Ooty as it compares with the Blue Mountains of New South Wales in Australia.  The district is full of eucalyptus trees and the weather is much cooler than what you’d expect in India.
